Pinegrow 2.951 - PRO was unable to start its internal webserver in Mac OS Sierra

Pinegrow doesn’t work in Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4.

It show a alert that say:

Pinegrow was unable to start its internal webserver.

What should I do to make it work?

P.D: firewall is off, I don’t use antivirus apps.

I’m on same system version same pinegrow version
all work as expected.

Have you tried to uninstall / reinstall ?

if yes send a support ticket

I tried to uninstall / reinstall don’t work.
Also, send support ticket, but there is not solution.

Pinegrow uses internal webserver to access local HTML files.
From the menu Support > Settings > Internal Webserver ports > select any free port on your system (Try 40000 and above) and make sure that incoming connections are not blocked by a firewall.

Note: Each Pinegrow window needs a free port. Each subsequent window will look for the first free port above the one specified in the settings.

HI!
Try port 4000; firewall off and restart system.
It does not work…

Maybe Emmanuel make a mistake and forget one zero

mine is configured as :
Internal Webserver hostname : 127.0.0.1
Internal Webserver ports : 40000

(Pinegrow uses internal webserver to access local HTML files. Select a free port and make sure that incoming connections are not blocked by a firewall. Each Pinegrow window needs a free port. Each subsequent window will look for the first free port above the one specified here.)

SO try 40000
40001, 40002 etc… until you find one port who work

Autorize Pinegrow incoming and out coming on your MAC firewall and your software firewall it’s easy if you have little snitch to do that

Uf, I try until port 40015 and it don’t work :pensive:

I searched the open ports on my system. I only found one port, which did not work.

Then, I guess you have to check & authorize Pinegrow on your computer firewall/AV.
