# Add 'Close All Other Pages' &/OR 'Close All Pages' to File menu

Many times I’ve been in and out of multiple pages and that leaves them open in the canvas, so that there are many page tabs in the canvas.

I feel it would be a great addition if you added a ‘close all - except currently open tab’ feature, which I propose the name of in the title above.

I’d also suggest a ‘Close All’ too.

File → Close all files

does this.

I’m running into this with flexible UI. I need a way to close all tabs and I can’t find anything that exists. Right click tab \> Close All is my natural behavior to do this in a browser. Can this be passed along to the developers?

File → Close all Files

This closes all open file tabs.

Unless you mean Smart UI 🤔
