# Back to code after a LONG time... I'm pretty rusty

Hi,  
I’m just getting back to html/css after using Wordpress for a long time (just for personal sites). My goal is to avoid using Wordpress.

After doing a bit of experimenting, I can’t remember the name of the settings / method of doing a few things, or where to find them in the Pinegrow windows. In the image below, I’m trying to remember how to:

1. make the image fill the browser window on load & then scroll when the user does, [edit: I think it’s Background cover, trying that out.]

2. keep the “Text goes here” text in that relative horizontal position

I know it’s probably pretty easy, but after searching for a bit, I figured I’d ask…

Hello!  
Welcome back to HTML/CSS! Making the image fill the browser window and scroll as the user does [summit health patient portal](https://www.summithealth-patientportal.com) involves using background-size: cover; and background-attachment: fixed; in your CSS. For example:

css

body {  
background-image: url(‘your-image.jpg’);  
background-size: cover;  
background-attachment: fixed;  
background-position: center;  
}  
To keep the “Text goes here” text in a relative horizontal position, you can use position: relative; along with the left or right properties. Here’s an example:

css

.text-container {  
position: relative;  
left: 50px; /\* adjust as needed \*/  
}
