# Can't Edit Code, "Libraries Already Loaded" "Locked"

I can’t access the code editor (CTL+E), does nothing.  
When I load a project I see the files, but the element tree shows nothing.  
When I Manage the Libraries, it shows the list, but no options.  
Can’t Preview, says to load a page first, despite there being a page loaded. I cannot click on the elements to focus on them in the editor.  
Sometimes I can get the element tree to display, but it shows no class labels and only the tree with element names.

I notice some of the loaded pages will show H:\index.html etc, as H:\ is a remotely mounted folder hosting the site.

I am going to copy the site to my local environment and try editing from there.

This is PG version 6.5
