# Code Editor Toggle Floating Bug

When I float the code editor and select an element in Tree Tab, the corresponding Active Style in Style Tab is not getting selected. Is there a way to separate the built-in code editor without disturbing the function of Style Tab?

It’s supposed to be like this.

But when I float the code editor, it’s like this.

Notice that I selected the _section.about\_us_ in Tree Tab. But the _style_ in Style Tab is not getting updated.

@creativedaz I’m unable to replicate the problem. Are you getting any red error messages in the console? (right click on PG logo → Inspect to open Dev Tools).
