The closest thread to this that I could find here was occurring on a  
Mac Ultra M1 64GB:

If the problem isn’t systematic, we usually like to address specific cases directly through tech support. In this case, the user’s installation was corrupted, so we deleted the Pinegrow configuration files and reinstalled the application. Therefore, we closed the forum topic that was dedicated to their particular case.
