# Google Fonts Question

Have started looking at google fonts in PG and have noted that when I go Page \> Manage Google Fonts the screen appears . Click on Add Google Font then another window appears with the choices - I scroll down and after 20 or so appear (down to Alfa Slab One) I get a spinning wheel and no others appear. Are we supposed to get more? Am I missing something?

Hi @Simmo I’m away from my computer at the moment but I’ll have a look at it in the morning and check if it is happening here as well but hopefully someone else will reply before then.

@Simmo @matjaz @Emmanuel Well I was trying to get to sleep but this kept needling me so I decided to go to the office and try it myself and I seem to be getting the same result so far. I will highlight that I have particularly bad broadband… in most parts of the world it wouldn’t be classified broadband! Screenshot attached. I have to be honest I didn’t even know Google Fonts were an option 😊

@rob @matjaz @Emmanuel That is the same as I get - my broadband is about 7 out of 10 on a good day and 2 out of 10 on a bad today being good - Rob get some sleep ! 🙂

“there is a problem calling google fonts”
Checking the development console, there is an error

In the meantime Pinegrow users can alternatively search with this:
- [http://fontcdn.org/](http://fontcdn.org/)
It is perhaps an easier and more direct option to [https://fonts.google.com/](https://fonts.google.com/). It may be useful to some for searching and adding font references manually in Pinegrow.

Sure would be nice to hear some feedback or progress on fixing the “Manage Google Fonts” issue in Pinegrow however. 😉

Hello, I was doing the [Youtude tutorial on Bootstrap customization](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4ciqMHQIKs), and Matjaz shows how to use the import statement from Google Fonts.
_@import url(‘[https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Oswald](https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Oswald)’);_ and _$headings-font-family: ‘Oswald’;_ for example. And when I do this, nothing happen even if I refresh Pinegrow…
If I change the font-family to a system font it works.
Any clue? Thanks
