I see there’s a page that offers a monthly payment option for Pinegrow WP ([http://pinegrow.com/order.html](http://pinegrow.com/order.html)), and for companies in large volumes. However, the button at the bottom of that page does not work.

Are monthly payment plans no longer available?

Monthly payments will come back this week.

Thanks for the report about the order form issues!
