# No Bootstrap- or Mixed icons loading

Hi,

This is on Windows and Mac, when I try to open the icons all you see is Loading please wait… and nothing happens! They are activated!

Hi @AllMediaLab David,  
Yes, it is occurring for us. Matjaz also found that selecting the icons from the drop-down menu works, while selecting them from the graphics in the home section does not, so I suggest this as a work-around. The error should be fixed and I think it will be put out on Pinegrow Live.
