# Php contact form

Hi. can you pls help me with this php contactform ? It sends the email to me from the website but phone is empty in the mail. I’ve been searching for hours but can’t find the problem.  
The php and html are uploaded separately.  
I hope someone can help me.

I think this  
`if (!defined("PHP_EOL")) define("PHP_EOL", "\r\n");`  
Should be  
`if (!defined("PHP_EOL")) { define("PHP_EOL", "\r\n"); }`

Hi, i’ve changed it but it blocks sending the mail in the contact form.

@julia197 is that the complete code? Where did you get it from? Where is the html? It might be the issue.
