# Root - Relative path to images

Hi there,  
I was wondering if someone could shed the light on the root/relative path and broken links in Pinegrow. I have changed the project directory and all my images links ( as expected) become broken. I replaced all root urls to relative url in code editor however Pinegrow still shows broken links even though the path is correct. Only manually replacing the - the some path - fixes the problem. Is there a way to automate this process ?

When you search for a file using the Pinegrow system (e.g. choosing an image), it’s the same path that you wrote in the code? Did a restart help?
