# Show Certain Post ID Content on All Wordpress Pages

I’m trying to show a certain post, it’ll be a part of the footer essentially. What would be the code to get the content and title of the post so I can place it in index.html?

I know it has to be in the loop as well but when I do go into to add the php code, Pinegrow gives me an error.
