# Wordpress converter(bootstrap5)

Does pinegrow can convert a website using bootstrap 5 elements into a fully funtional wp theme , does wordpress even is compatible with bootstrap?

Hi @HerrscherOfReason,  
Bootstrap is just an HTML framework. WordPress uses PHP to deliver HTML. So, yes, Pinegrow can be used to convert a Bootstrap 5 template over to a WordPress theme.

I’m starting up a series of short tutorials soon where I will be converting one of our existing templates to a WordPress theme. Stay tuned!
