Alternative to Post & Loop - SOLVED

Post & Loop, is there an alternative to this? I can not find this smart action. I am trying to follow a tutorial from Pinegrow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7AObkoblx8 and running into the problem that I can not find the post & loop smart action. Any pointers would be most helpful.
