Attribute Smart Actions disappears completely if trying to change it to regular WP Actions

I suspect the “change” button shouldn’t be on Blocks Smart Actions since they behave quite differently than regular Smart Actions. I’m not even sure what such a conversion would actually do…

Typically, that button would take a smart action, such as Post Link - Smart, and convert them into the more robust and complex “normal” actions as shown below.

Yes, i thing here are some bugs with the Block Attribute Smart Actions. If you remove all Attributes, an empty Smart Action stays there that can not deleted:
