Edit more than one HTML element

Ability to edit multiple elements in element edit box

First, I understand why you wouldn’t want to do this but let me explain my dilemma. I have an old site that is just stock full of double br breaks that I wish to convert to p paragraph breaks and be responsive. While I am looking at the page in phone mode I find myself opening elements wishing to break one large paragraph into two or three but Pinegrow refuses to let me as it limits it to just one element.
