Selected Element Menu - PG7.1

I keep turning off the Selected Element Menu - but it randomly reappears.

I have 7.1 - there doesn’t seem to be another version available?

Yep, sorry, working in PG7.1 this morning, if this is the most recent version then this bug is still here.
