Broken Menus // broken dreams

The File, Edit, Components, and Support drop down menus will not work. PInegrow Support is not responding.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the program and that did not help. I added plugins but they all work and don’t seem to be the issue. I could uninstall them all if that’s the issue?

Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
