When looking at a long page with the ‘Fit’ zoom level the scroll bars are being covered up by the page sizing handle. In the image below I should be able to scroll down another page length but you can see the sizing cursor appearing instead. If I’m careful and get the pointer right between the page width and sizing bar I can scroll but it is more difficult than it should be. I would think scrolling would be more common than resizing.
