About Piny and no Bootstrap

Hi @Matjaz,

Congratulations with the new Piny plugin!

All looks promising, except for the fact that it only works with Tailwind instead of having the choice between Bootstap (still the most used framework in the world) or Tailwind (still growing users base).

I find the choice of React and Next.js a very good pick, because of it’s popularity and excellence!

Hope Bootstrap get’s added to the frameworks in the app/plugin, but for now I pass!

Thanks @AllMediaLab! We’re open to feature suggestions. Adding Bootstrap would be technically possible, it’s just a question if there are enough people who would use it. My feeling is that Bootstrap is trending down in the last few years and Tailwind is getting more widely used.

I still prefer Bootstrap over Tailwind. That maybe more muscle memory and familiarity, but also Its nice not having a 100 classes on a single element

So +1 from me for Piny having Bootstrap.

Only problem is that Bootstrap has it’s own Javascript and it mixes not easy with React.

But this would be a solution:
