Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer the components ( CSS rules ) from one Pinegrow project to another? I tried to copy pginfo folder to another project but it doesn’t work for me…

That info along with your display panel info are stored in projectdb.pgml file (under classstyles key) in your project root.

I you just want tu use the css rules, you can copy the css folder or css files to another project.
I you want to use the defined components, you can import them from another project by using the top menu page > manage libraries & plugins
