Custom Post Type Not showing

Hi,
I’m trying to make a few custom post types to gather information to populate different areas of the front page of my “learning theme”. I thought I followed all the directions but as you can see in the attached pic The custom post I started with isn’t showing in the WP admin area.

Any ideas?
