Functions.php fatal error!

I’m new to this and maybe i just exported it but when i exported my theme it created the functions.php. When i uploaded it to wordpress, it gave me a
FATAL ERROR syntax error, unexpected ‘Oils_setup’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘(’ on line number 4

<?php if ( ! function_exists( 'Ampersand Oils_setup' ) ) : function Ampersand Oils_setup() { did i do something wrong? HELP!!

Maybe it related to this:

Theme name: is the name of your theme
Theme slug: is the identifier of your theme. No spaces, no dash, no comma. Here you can use underscore (_) and less than 20 characters.
Theme folder: is the location where your theme will be exported.
