How to Install the wordpress functionality plugin

This plugin is required and I couldn’t figure out how to get it. I finally found that it was getting to my local install in wp-content/plugins. So I FTP’ed it to my hosted site in the same location, and now the message has disappeared and the plugin shows up. Is this the way I am supposed to install it?

I wonder what else I may be missing when I move the theme to a hosted site.

If you click on Begin installing plugins, you will be able to install the Functionality from there.

I hadn’t thought of that. I was avoiding doing it because I want to keep fairly plugin-sparse and it wasn’t clear whether I would have a choice of which ones to load or if it would just dump everything in.
