Wordpress image not showing

Hi friends. I test my wp theme on local, but cant show images. I added html page an image. I added customizer field to this image but cant show it on wordpress theme…
where is my fault?

What is the browser trying to display if you use the devtools to inspect the page? Does the customizer control work? If so, what does it show? Does your WordPress installation seem to work otherwise?
