Help! PineGrow Web Editor Pro (v8.4) is unable to load any standard HTML page from my new PineGrow Project?

The HTML bootstrap website opens in my chrome Browser (works as expected), however, when I try to open the same webpage (e.g. index.html) into Pingrow; the Pinegrow app does not load the page!. All I see (image attached) is the Pinegrow page load indicator icons (three colored circle) in an endless loop - but the page NEVER loads.

Please HELP!

Steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Re-installed a new copy of PineGrow 8.4 app
  2. Downloaded the orginal HTML Bootstrap Website template source file. The HTML website functions and works correctly in the Chrome web browser (did not open in Pinegrow)
