I have upgraded to latest version 9.1. When trying to use the AI assistant I get the error message:Error: Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website. I have re-activated my account About Pinegrow Web Editor - 9.1 - PRO Personal + Tailwind

I have also verified that my Openai credits are sufficient and showing active. So I have no idea what the problem is. I get this problem when trying to generate a site using the new Create with AI option as well as from within a project using AI assitant Mr Pine

What do you see here?
Does this match the settings that use your OpenAI credentials?

Yes it does. The model displayed there is definately part of my OpenAI list. When I select Build, a project is built and workspace opened. In the left column view the build prompt is displayed and below that Error: Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website. No idea of how to fix it?

Hello Zack,

Can you please:

  • Double-check your OpenAI account and make sure your billing is OK (note: ‘check your billing details’ is not a message from Pinegrow)
  • Double-check your OpenAI settings; if needed, generate a new key and replace the previous one
  • Contact Pinegrow support directly if the problems persist

I’ve recreated API key and relinked.
