There are about only 20 templates (for example, in BS5) in PG 6.
Is there some place where we can browse through 1000s of PG templates - even if we have to pay for a template ? I am a coder and need a ready-made design done in HTML for me to modify the HTML+CSS.

Pinegrow does try to put out templates on a regular basis. One feature of Pinegrow is that you can open virtually any template made with plain HTML. It takes some searching, but there are some decent templates for free on the web and a lot more for sale.
