What is this popup about and how do I fix things so it no longer pops up whenever I open PG 5.99? (I do have a website named NCCPS).

My guess is that in the past you had a project/library named NCCPS and now have created a new one with the name. Pinegrow saves access to certain project files to be able to reuse in other projects. If I’m correct, to get rid of this, click on ‘Manage libraries and plugins…’ from the ‘File’ menu. Somewhere further down the list should be an item named ‘NCCPS’. Click on the ‘Unload’ link.
