New folder when making a plugin or theme

Have you considered adding a “New Folder” button when asking the user to specify which plugin or theme folder to export to? I used to be able to right-click and create a new folder, but now I have to open Finder reveal etc. to do that, which is less convenient. It would be much easier to just click a “Make New Folder” option directly.

@smgitner unfortunately, we do not have control over what options show up in File dialogs.
