Maybe I missed something, but every time you need a saved snippet or a plugin you always use, activation of that particular plugin is needed for every single page.
For example I made some Bootstap 4 snippets that are missing in the panel like container-fluid and I use it every day. It would be very handy to be able to click certain plugins permanently on for ever on all my projects until they are shut off if necessary.
