Hi, I bought the Wordpress plugin today because I didn’t select it yesterday when I bought the Pro with Tailwind.
My problem is that whenever I go to the dashboard the WordPress plugin is shown as not active. Is this correct or did something go wrong?
Did you reactivate after you made the purchase? I think it should be the same serial code. As long as the email was the same you should just be able to hit the activate button. If not, file a help ticket. https://pinegrow.com/contact-us/
