Hello,

We are looking to buy Pinegrow and need a little information before we go ahead.

  • We operate in a mixture of environments from desktop/laptops but also in a remote desktop server environment for some users. The remote desktop server environment is spanning across 6 servers. Can Pinegrow support this environment and how would this be licensed please?

  • If a single colleague uses both a desktop computer and laptop, do they need two licenses?

Hi @Deb4529, sorry about the delayed answer.

Every individual user needs their own PG license, but can use it on multiple computers.

For example, if 10 users would use PG, you would need 10 licenses, regardless where / on how many devices they use the app.
