It has come to my attention that the Purify and Purge plugins distributed by my company, SpringHill Designs are no longer fully functional. They both depend on 3rd party libraries that are no longer maintained and kept up to date. They can still be used on projects that don’t contain either CSS variables or font-face declarations. I will be working to update the Purify plugin to use a different base library and hope to maintain all of the current features. I originally selected the particular library because it was the only one offering a report on what was removed. I’m hoping that the new library I select will have similar output.
My apologies if this has caused any inconvenience. I hope to have the new Purify plugin ready for download by existing owners in the next several weeks. In the meantime I have taken down links to both plugins. There are no plans to update the free Purge plugin.
