Tailwind Blank Page

I want to start a new project using Tailwind and start with a blank page but it makes me select one of the templates. In the previous version of Pinegrow, I believe you could select to start with a blank page.

Any ideas?

Please disregard. It looks like the Tailwind plugin was not activated. I had to re-activate and now there is an option for Tailwind CSS and blank index.html page.
