Tailwind missing in my version Pinegrow 8.5 Pro personal

Hi,
I want to try out Tailwind in Pinegrow, but when I open a new Project there is no “Tailwind” nor “Tailwind UI”. There are only “Tailwind CSS Blocks” and the others (Bootstrap, Bootstrap Blocks, Plain HTML …)
How can I add the missing frameworks?
