this is so meta… are you talking about the " Topic preview before creation" link directly above?
you may need to click on the " show preview »" down at your right…

This is my situation during creating and crafting a post!
It can be code, comments or something similar
or I can be so fat if I want - or funny 
But whatever I do - I can see a preview of what I’m doing
