View size scroll bar should be outside of the dimension

This is something i notice and also on the old version, the scroll bar on scrollable view if the document is long, the scroll bar will appear and it will shrink the dimension inside which is wrong ! It should appear outside, because there is no scroll bar in mobile it doesn’t shrink.
