I also forgot about this Animate.css one also …
But as stated above you can also use any other “Animation on Scroll” CSS or Javascript based library you prefer.
Are you by chance one of the Adobe Muse users looking for alternatives ? I assume now your first post was referring to WYSIWYG Web Builder (WWB) ? I am not familiar with it but I see it uses skrollr for its scroll animations in the examples.
