Every time I save and export a theme the author information in style.css gets corrupted. The author info get moved out of the /* */ see example

Theme Name: testwordpresssite;Name
Version: 1.0.37;
Also I get a message the style.css "Some of the stylesheeets have unsaved changes. These changes have not been exported.
Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated
