Do you know how to add the compliant European banner with pinegrow? i would like to use tarteaucitron.js to do the European job (stop advertise and cookies until the consent of visitors)
How to integrate it with pinegrow, please

It depends more on how much you know about JavaScript, HTML and CSS in general - and handling them specifically.
So the answer might be pretty simple, not necessarily helpful though:
Assumed you are aware of the upper mentioned three disciplines, Pinegrow is no different to any code-editor in this world. I don’t think that this board is the “best” place to learn the basics, but it’s integration is exactly as the installation guide of this script says.
