Hi there, I’m wondering if it would be possible to create a mobile hybrid app using phonegap technology with wordpress backend made by using the excellent pinegrow WP plugin. I’m aware of plugins such as Apppresser but their pricing scheme is a bit too steep for me. Also, the alternative plugins to apppresser either seem to be old and broken or force you into a plugin specific mobile theme and I want to have the freedom of making my own theme and applying it to the app.
I’ve heard that I need to configure the Wordpress REST API somehow (I have no experience with something like that. I wouldn’t even know where to start) and than proces the wordpress site through phonegap build. Can anyone help me with this?
