Install question / new Version 5.97 didn't start

Hi everyone,
I use Pringrow from the Beginning…nice Tool. Since a time I must ‘ignore’ at the point you can see on the picture. And today after installing Pingrow 5.972 it didn’t start. Has anybody that Problem too?

+1. the latest 5.972 doesn’t start on Ubuntu and Mint as well, so I will revert to the previous version.

Same problem. I cannot run the new version of PG 5.972.

PG 5.972 not running on Ubuntu 18.04.

We have tested again and did not encounter this problem.
Can you please contact support if this problem persists?

I have tested with 20.04 and faced the issue.
It is probably the same issue with 18.04, I’m going to test as well

hi Emmanuel, can you please give us a link to the 5.97.1 version for download? that’s the last version that worked properly. the link you sent is for 5.97.0

The issue is now fixed with the 5.972 setup for Linux.
