Install question / new Version 5.97 didn't start

Hi everyone,
I use Pringrow from the Beginning…nice Tool. Since a time I must ‘ignore’ at the point you can see on the picture. And today after installing Pingrow 5.972 it didn’t start. Has anybody that Problem too?

Best Regards.

+1. the latest 5.972 doesn’t start on Ubuntu and Mint as well, so I will revert to the previous version.

Hello J.

Thanks for the feedback.
We have tested again and did not encounter this problem.
Can you please contact support if this problem persists?

I have tested with 20.04 and faced the issue.
It is probably the same issue with 18.04, I’m going to test as well

We are going to check and fix the situation shortly. In the mean time, please, thank you for your understanding and to keep using the previous version available here
