Libraries & Plugins Manager doesn't recall its previous state under PG 9.01 Smart Mode

Hello,

I’ve noticed the aforementioned behavior after upgrading to v9 (macOS 15.7.4-intel & 26-Apple Silicon).
Upon opening the project and clicking on Libraries & Plugins Manager icon it doesn’t keep what I’ve previously had activated or disabled.
Has anyone noticed this or is it just me. I’ve inspected the project’s pinegrow.json for clues but it doesn’t appear to save any changes after the fact.

Any advisement would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t say I have had that experience with any new projects I have started recently with 9.01, but then I have mainly been in the Flexible UI. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Worth sending in the issue to support with a video showing the problem.
