Pinegrow WP Plugin has an option to download the plugin that I’m working on as a ZIP. Is there a way to do that in the Pinegrow Desktop version? I can’t see it anywhere.
It would be great to have an option to download the plugin ZIP with its version in the archive name, just like in Pinegrow WP plugin.
It seems that the Pinegrow Desktop version doesn’t currently offer a built-in feature to download your plugin as a ZIP file directly. However, you can manually create a ZIP file of your plugin folder on your local machine. Here’s a quick way to do it:
Locate your plugin folder on your computer.
Right-click on the folder and select “Send to” > “Compressed (zipped) folder.”
Rename the ZIP file to include the version number if needed.
While this isn’t as convenient as having a built-in feature, it should achieve the same result.
