Some files were not saved

I just updated to the latest version and now I’m getting a repeated error message every time I try to save:

Some files were not saved:

Trying to save the following style sheets:
https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/bootstrap-select/1.12.4/css/bootstrap-select.min.css

What is up with this and how can I continue to use a cdn without that message and more importantly get my work saved.

So the simple solution was to save the files locally and the error went away, however, I’m curious why it started happening in the first place and how do I go back to using CDN references?
