Unable to get the bootstrap blocks on the left side in Pinegrow 3

Hi ,

Last night, i created a Pinegrow 3 project which has a Json file in the root of the site.
Upon opening the same project this morning in version .03, the left side bootstrap options are not there, any idea how to fix this please?
Usually I can drag and drop bootstrap blocks or components.

I think this might be a bug which I have already reported when using V3.02 but with V3.03 I found it fixed (so far for me) but check Page<Manage Libraries and Plugins and see if Bootstrap blocks is activated - if not you can activate it but you may find that any CSS changes you have made in bootstap.css or style.css might be gone.

Thanks , I reloaded the app and it worked again.
