I sent inquiry to support on 6th of July, but no reply…
My license has expired and I’d like to upgrade, although have not done
much with Pinegrow so far. 
I thought I’d use Tiki CMS for my websites, but now decided to go with
Hugo.
However, my type of licence is PGWPPRO_PERSONAL - Pro + WP &
TailwindCSS add-ons.
Considering that I do not plan to use WP, is it possible to exclude it
from my licence and save some bucks when upgrading?
