Hello guys … Sorry for such a dummy question but … I’ve read PG can NOT upload files to a server BUT … Does it means I can not even work LIVE on a page, wich is already on a remote host ???

Yes and no. You can open the URL of the file you want to edit and make the changes that you need to make. However, this will not make changes to the live site, you will have to upload the changed files back to the site through your favored method (c-panel, ftp, …)
