The PG-Hellobar for WordPress is a proof of concept for a fully customizable notification bar that you can add to your WordPress themes created with Pinegrow WP and use to display important notifications to your users.
The PG-Hellobar make use of a Custom Post Type (hellobar_content). The styles (background color, text color, title color) are fully customizable per notification through the use of WordPress Custom Fields. When closed, the notification does not appear anymore during the browsing session thanks to the use of sessionStorage (HTML5 feature).
